LOS ANGELES (October 22, 2013) There is no doubt Pouyan Bedrood of The Pan Pizzeria knows how to make a good pizza. After all, he knows the business inside and out. Having purchased his uncle’s pizzeria in England at the young age of 15, Pouyan simultaneously ran the business and went to school, all along learning how to make a pizzeria successful through providing the best-tasting, highest quality pizza while offering highly competitive prices and promotions.
Even with prices that are significantly lower than his competitors, Pouyan does not make any sacrifices when it comes to taste and quality. What makes Pouyan’s pizza so good? He uses dough that is made fresh daily and hand-tossed in house, as well as the best-tasting and freshest ingredients around.
“To be honest, there is no cost-cutting. [We pay] the same price that the other competitors are getting – if anything, other competitors are getting it cheaper. The [difference] is that other competitors are selfish, they want to make more money. I’m trying to give good customer service and still make money as well. That’s how it works.”
Pouyan and his business partner/life-long friend, Moshe Maghboule are looking forward to serving the local community with great tasting pizzas from The Pan Pizzeria, which is located on White Oak Ave in Encino, CA. They chose Process Green as their merchant service provider because they felt that, similar to themselves, Process Green is very customer-service oriented and cares a lot about giving good personal service. In addition, Pouyan and Moshe are very excited about the ability use Process Green’s merchant services to raise money for charity. They have chosen to donate to the American Cancer Society – a cause that hits close to home for both Pouyan and Moshe, both of whom have lost relatives and close family friends to cancer.
Coming from England, Pouyan and Moshe have great aspirations for The Pan Pizzeria. They are excited for the recently opened location in Encino and hope to one day both expand and franchise it. “Our goal is to make The Pan Pizzeria in California one of the pizza shops known to everyone… We came to the US because we needed a change from London… This is a new challenge for us and we needed a new challenge.”
Pouyan and Moshe found their new challenge in coming to America and aspiring to make The Pan Pizzeria one of the household names for great pizza places in California. By signing up with Process Green as their merchant service provider, Pouyan and Moshe are able to simultaneously give back to charity while working towards their goal of establishing The Pan Pizzeria as an eminent pizzeria. With their ambitions, business-oriented mindsets, and dedication to making great pizza, we’re sure that Pouyan and Moshe will find great success.
Stop by The Pan Pizzeria in Encino to try some of The Pan Pizzeria’s great-tasting pizza. With sauce “like no other,” crust that is “bomb,” and an effortless (and tasty) way to donate to cancer research, we’re sure you’ll go back for more!
