I was hesitant at first, thinking of the time it might take to change services. The fact that a percentage of the money that was already going into our current merchant services pocket would now go to a very worthy cause of DSJ’s choice was incentive enough to go ahead with it. The transition was much easier and took a lot less time than expected.

I like that PG took the time to educate us about how and why we were being charged. We really appreciate the lower rates that we are receiving now. More money stays in our account and some of their profits go to help a non-profit organization. Win Win! We’re are very happy with our decision to make the switch over to you guys in 2010. In fact we’re so pleased we also switched our other location, West LA Print over too. Thank you Process Green! Good Job!
