I have been using Process Green for over three years. Since I am in the restaurant and hospitality business, I do a lot of volume for credit card sales and I am ALWAYS being contacted by credit card processors of how they can cut me a better deal, or just any pitch to win my business. I never entertain these offers, because I don’t think I will ever find a better fit than Process Green. Not only are they the best value I’ve seen (they are competitive in pricing across the board) but the fact that they give back to a charity of your choosing is just something you don’t see with many businesses – especially in the processing arena.
I would have to say the number one benefit of having Process Green as my credit card processor for all 4 of my businesses, is working with founder and CEO Edward Pakdaman. He is directly involved with every aspect of the business. Recently, he played a significant role in helping me adjust my funding dates, so that we could get our credit card sales to fund on Monday after the weekend sales (which for restaurants is the bulk of your weekly sales). Edward worked with me to do several tests over a week and everything ended transitioning smoothly without any hiccups! Edward really cares about each and every one of his customers and understands the daily struggles of each business owner.
I recommend Process Green to anyone who not only wants to save money on their processing costs, but wants to give back to world in the process.
